Will it Fit?

Fitment & Compatibility Guide

Will It Fit Your Machine?

Every Mammoth attachment ships with the Universal Skid Steer Quick Attach (SSQA) — the same hook-up standard used by virtually every modern full-size skid steer and compact track loader.

The short answer: if you run a modern full-size skid steer or track loader from a major brand, it almost certainly fits. The three checks below confirm it in under two minutes — do them before you buy.

Instant Fitment Check

Will It Fit? Select Your Machine

Pick your make, model, and year for an instant answer. This checks the mounting-plate standard — for powered attachments also confirm hydraulics and lift capacity below.

Fitment based on the standard SSQA interface. Tolerances vary by manufacturer, model, and year — final fit confirmation is the buyer's responsibility. When in doubt, send us your machine details and we'll confirm before you order.

The 3 Compatibility Checks

Fitment Is Three Things — Not Just The Plate

A machine can have the right mounting plate and still not be the right fit. Run all three checks. The plate is the connection, but hydraulics and lift capacity decide whether the attachment actually works for you.

Check 1

Mounting Plate

Your machine's coupler must be the Universal Skid Steer Quick Attach (SSQA) pattern. This is the connection. Compare the exact dimensions below to your machine.

Check 2

Hydraulics

Only for powered attachments like the Rock Grapple. Your machine needs auxiliary hydraulics with standard flat-face couplers and flow within the attachment's range. Non-hydraulic items (buckets, forks, levelers) skip this.

Check 3

Lift Capacity (ROC)

Your machine's Rated Operating Capacity should comfortably exceed the attachment weight plus a full load. When in doubt, stay under 35% of your machine's tipping load.

SSQA Plate Dimensions

The Universal Quick-Attach Interface

Measure your machine's plate and confirm a match before ordering. A match on overall width (~45.5") and the mounting span means Check 1 passes.

Dimensions reflect the standard SSQA interface. Measure your machine's plate and confirm a match before ordering — tolerances vary slightly by manufacturer.

Compatible Machines

Brands That Run The Universal Quick Attach

Modern full-size skid steers and compact track loaders from these manufacturers ship with the Universal SSQA plate as standard. If your machine is a current full-size model from any brand below, Check 1 is almost certainly a pass — still verify against the dimensions above.

What Does NOT Fit

The universal standard has real exceptions. These machines use a different mounting plate and will not accept a full-size SSQA attachment without an adapter. If you operate any of the following, contact us first.

Mini / Stand-On / Walk-Behind Loaders

Compact “mini skid steers” of every brand use the smaller Mini Universal plate — not the full-size SSQA. Our attachments will not fit them.

Includes: Ditch Witch, Vermeer, Toro Dingo, Boxer, Ramrod, Kanga, and similar.

Small-Frame Bobcat (Bobcat MT plate)

The smallest Bobcat cab-style machines use Bobcat's proprietary MT plate, not the universal pattern.

Examples: 310, 313, 450, 453, 463, 520, 530, 533, 553F, S70.

Small-Frame ASV / Terex

ASV's smallest machines use a special small-frame plate that is not compatible with the full-size standard.

Examples: RC-30, RT-30, PT-30.

Older & Proprietary Mounts

Some machines built before the mid-1990s use older proprietary couplers. If your machine predates universal adoption, measure carefully or ask us.

Examples: older Case 1840 / 1845C and similar vintage units.
Two-Minute Check

How To Confirm Fitment Yourself

Don't guess. These three steps take a couple of minutes and protect you from ordering the wrong fit on a heavy freight item.

Measure Your Quick-Attach Plate

Compare your machine's coupler to the dimensions above — especially overall width (~45.5") and the mounting span. A match means Check 1 passes.

Confirm Hydraulics (Powered Attachments Only)

For the Rock Grapple, verify your machine has auxiliary hydraulics, standard flat-face couplers, and flow within the attachment's range. Skip this for buckets, forks, and the land leveler.

Check Your Lift Capacity (ROC)

Make sure your machine's Rated Operating Capacity comfortably exceeds the attachment weight plus a full load. When in doubt, stay under 35% of your machine's tipping load.

Buyer Responsibility & Returns

Confirm Before You Buy

Confirming fitment is the buyer's responsibility — but you don't have to do it alone. Because attachments ship as heavy freight, ordering the wrong fit is expensive to reverse, so we'd always rather confirm it with you up front than process a return.

I understand it is my responsibility to verify this attachment is compatible with my machine — mounting plate, hydraulics (if applicable), and lift capacity — and that returns due to incompatibility are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return freight.

Not sure? Send us your machine's make, model, and year (a photo of your quick-attach plate helps too) and we'll tell you straight whether it fits — free, fast, and no obligation — before you place the order.

Built Heavy. Priced Right.

Compatibility information is provided as a general guide. Mounting standards, plate tolerances, hydraulic specifications, and machine capacities vary by manufacturer, model, and year. Final responsibility for confirming that an attachment fits and is safe to operate on a specific machine rests with the buyer. Mammoth Attachments LLC is not liable for orders placed on incompatible machines. Returns due to incompatibility are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return freight — see our full Return Policy for restocking and freight terms.
