24 months from deliveryDefects in materials & workmanshipRepair, replace, or refund

Every Mammoth attachment is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from delivery. If a covered defect shows up, we'll make it right — repair, replacement parts, a new unit, or a refund, at our option. Wear parts and damage from misuse aren't covered. Registration is quick and recommended, but your coverage is based on your proof of purchase.

Good to know: This is a limited warranty. It covers manufacturing defects — not normal wear or abuse. Registration doesn't change your coverage; it just helps us serve you faster.

How to Make a Claim

Before you return anything, file a claim and wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your proof of purchase, model/serial, and clear photos or video of the issue. If it's covered, we issue an RMA and resolve it — don't ship anything back without one.
